Please note: We do not ship to non-residential US addresses, or to business addresses, or to International Consolidating Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarding Centers, or International Mailing Services. If an order is placed outside of the US, or to a shipping address that is not a residential address, or to a location that is then going to forward your package internationally, your order will be cancelled, and your refund will be less the 5% merchant processing fee. This is per our agreement with Jellycat.
Jellycat is excluded from all online promotions.
Maximum of 2 Jellycats of the same style per shipping address is allowed. If more than 2 of one style is purchased, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded 95% of your purchase price, to cover our merchant fees we have already paid.
