Please note: We do not ship to non-residential US addresses, or to International Consolidating Distribution Centers, Freight Forwarding Centers, or International Mailing Services. If an order is placed outside of the US to a shipping address that is not a residential address, or that is then going to forward your package internationally, your order will be cancelled, and your refund will be less the 5% merchant processing fee. This is per our agreement with Jellycat.
Jellycat is excluded from all online promotions.
Maximum of 2 Jellycats of the same style per order is allowed online. If more than 2 of one style is purchased, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded 95% of your purchase price, to cover our merchant fees we have already paid.
