Shipping/Store Pick-Up/Return Policy

SHIPPING

Roman & Leo orders ship via USPS or UPS. Once your order has been received, we aim to ship your package the same business day during our store hours Tuesday - Saturday.  Once the package has shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email.  Roman & Leo is not responsible for a package once the package has been marked as delivered via tracking, unless insurance was purchased by selecting Priority Shipping $8.  If your package has been marked DELIVERED, and you did not receive your package, please follow up with your local Post Office via telephone, and have your tracking number handy.  Your Post Office will have geo-tracking to tell you exactly where your package was when it was marked delivered, and they can more easily help you track down your package.  All delivery timing is based solely on USPS and UPS and international shipping companies.  Roman & Leo makes no guarantee of timing in terms of when packages will be received once shipped, but first class packages are typically received in 1-7 business days, depending on where you a located in relation to our shop (in Indiana).  Priority packages are usually delivered within 1-5 business days.  Please be mindful of shipping delays out of our control due to Covid-19.  All international taxes and duties on international deliveries will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

IN-STORE PICK-UP

Indiana residents have the option to pick up their order in-store at no cost.  When checking out, choose IN-STORE PICK-UP as your shipping option.  Once your order is ready to be picked up, you'll receive an email stating your order is ready to be picked up in-store.  Please be prepared to show an ID to claim your order.  If you chose In-Store Pick-Up by mistake, and you'd like to have your order shipped to you, please click the link below and purchase shipping for $4.99.  Please be sure to include your original order number in the notes so the correct order is shipped to you.  If your In-Store Pick-Up order is not picked up from our store within one full calendar year, your purchased items will be donated.

RETURN POLICY

Online Policy:
Returns will be accepted from online purchases within 20 days of purchase date for store credit only, which will be emailed to you in the form of a digital gift card, after your return has been processed. Online orders may be returned in our store as well.  We do not offer exchanges for online purchases via mail at this time.  Roman & Leo will issue a store credit with a completed Returns Authorization Form and tags attached to unused/unworn item in its original intact packaging. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note, all special orders and accessories (bibs, sunglasses, bow ties, hats, teethers, socks, blankets, suspenders, capes, non-apparel items)  are non-refundable and FINAL sale.  All marked down sale items and BOGO items are also FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges.  
Please do not ship items back to Roman & Leo that do not meet all return criteria.  Your package will be shipped back to you at your expense and no credit will be issued.
 
Roman & Leo store credit is valid for one year from the date it is issued. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. 
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after this time.

In-Store Policy:
Returns will be accepted from in-store purchases within 14 days of purchase date for store credit or exchange only. Sorry, no exceptions.  Roman & Leo will allow store credit and exchanges only with proof of purchase from our shop, and tags attached to unused/unworn item in its original intact packaging.

**Holiday Return Policy**

All purchases made from November 16th - December 23rd qualify for our extended holiday return policy.  We will accept returns for store credit or exchanges only, through Saturday January 6th, 2024.  All returns must be received and tracking must show the order is received in our store by 1/6/23 to qualify for this extended return period.  All other criteria for returns is the same as above.  Marked down SALE items and all accessories are final sale.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations on online orders may not be made after an order has been shipped/fulfilled.  Once you receive a shipping confirmation or store pickup notification, your order is deemed as shipped/fulfilled.  If one chooses to cancel an online order before it ships, the purchaser will be responsible for the 3% fee R&L has already paid to process the credit card.  A cancelled order before it is shipped will receive a refund of 97% of the order total.
