STORE CLOSING FAQs

After almost 12 wonderful years, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to close Roman & Leo.

I started this shop when my two oldest boys, Roman and Leo, were just 3 years old and a baby. Now they’re 15 and 13, and my youngest, Silas, is 8. My boys have grown, and the season of life that inspired Roman & Leo has grown with them.

What began as a dream to create a space to find cool, unique clothing for little boys became something far bigger than I ever imagined. Roman & Leo became a community, a place for memories, milestones, holidays, family photos, and everyday life with little guys.

This decision comes with a full heart. There is sadness, yes — but also deep peace, pride, and gratitude. This chapter feels complete.

Thank you for shopping small.
Thank you for trusting me with your boys's wardrobes all these years.
Thank you for every visit, message, tag, and kind word over the years.

As we move through our final season, I hope you’ll continue to celebrate this chapter with us — just as joyfully as it began.

Roman & Leo — Closing FAQs

When is your last day open?

We will be open for shopping through Wednesday, January 28th, 2026 while inventory lasts. Both in-store and online shopping will continue until then.  Our online store may still operate after this date pending inventory.

Will you be having a Liquidation Sale?

As we move through our final weeks, we don't plan to deeply discount the items in our shop, as the decision to close is not a financial decision.  We deeply value the brands and styles we've curated for our shop, and just because we're closing, doesn't mean we don't still feel the same way about them.  We'd love for you to have the opportunity to shop with us one last time before we close, to choose exclusive items you've grown to love.  If we choose to offer promotions (especially on seasonal items) as a thank-you to our customers as our closing gets closer, this info will be shared in-store, on social media, and via email.

Will everything be final sale?

Our Holiday Return Policy allows for exchanges/store credit returns through January 9th,  2026.  As a part of our closing processes, all purchases after January 9th will be final sale. We appreciate your understanding as we wrap up this final chapter.

Can I still use store credit or gift cards?

Yes - absolutely! Store credit and gift cards will be accepted through January 28th, 2026. After this date, they will no longer be valid, so we encourage you to use them soon. We also have plenty of inventory to honor all outstanding store credits and gift cards.

What about returns or exchanges?

At this stage of our closing, returns/exchanges will not be honored past January 9th. All purchases after January 9th are final.

Will you restock sold-out items or sizes?

No. Once items or sizes sell out, they will not be restocked. What you see in-store and online is what remains.

Will Jellycats still be available?

Availability will depend on current inventory and our brand's availability to ship to us in January. Some brands and items may sell out quickly and will not be replenished. We do hope to still get new Jellycats mid-month, however, from previous orders placed.

Can I shop online and pick up in store?

Yes - store pick up will be available through January 28th, 2026.  All orders that are not picked up by January 28th will be donated.  We do send weekly reminders for all in-store pick up orders, in an effort to remind you to pick them up.  You can also change your order to have it shipped if you aren't able to make it in by January 28th.  The option to purchase shipping will be in your initial email when your order is ready for pick up.  At this time, we encourage customers to shop either in-store or online as inventory allows. Please note that availability may change quickly.

What’s next for Roman & Leo?

Roman & Leo has been a labor of love for 12 years. While this chapter is coming to a close, I am so proud of what was built and so grateful for the community that supported it every step of the way.

Thank you for being part of this journey. 💙

Thank you for your kindness, patience, and understanding during our final weeks. Your support — now and over the years — has meant more than I can ever express.

With gratitude,
Ang
